Give your employees some love.

Whether it’s a one-hour session every month or a two-day retreat, workers need time, space, and support to breathe, find their center, and focus on the things that make work, life, families, and communities more joyful and meaningful.

Employee development is too often narrowly focused on the “how-tos” of new technologies, new policies, new standards, new schedules, new this, and new that. How to incorporate all of this newness into a holistic, meaningful, and mindful practice for work life is missing. This often leads to folks feeling pulled in too many directions and switching gears too fast and too frequently. Excellence takes time, and helping folks to slow down, breathe, and be in the present moment with themselves and with others is one of the most important things we can do.

Bring your ideas to me, or bring your challenges and I’ll customize experiences for your employees to support their grounding, find their inspiration, explore incorporating nature, and learn mindfulness practices to help center their work. We’ll have a good time and do serious-fun work.
